1. What should I do if my fingerprint cannot be recognized?

Usually fingerprint recognition is unsuccessful, usually because the fingerprints are worn, peeled, scratched, dirty.Fingers are too wet, or there is dirt or water droplets on the fingerprint collection port. Fingers and fingerprints must be guaranteed.Only when the window is clean and dry can the recognition succeed.In order to prevent finger scratches, it is recommended to enter at least 3 fingerprints after purchase.

2. How many fingerprints can be registered?

Two fingerprints must be registered in succession for the first time, and up to 8 fingerprints can be added later.

3. What should I do if the battery is dead?
